What information is shown in the wi9 App
This page's purpose is simple: what you give, how it works, and where you can control it; we use a session-recording tool, so during onboarding you may see some screen actions.
Bangladesh users usually want to know about account security and cookie controls first, so below is a straightforward explanation, especially considering mobile usage.
Four main facts at a glance
wi9 has been active since 2021 with 8.7M+ active users, 524+ titles total, and an average rating of 4.5/5
56,664 reviews show how people use the platform; uptime 99.5%, so logins from Dhaka and Chattogram stay fairly stable.
Cookie usage
Cookies are used to preserve sessions, remember language, and speed up page loading; you can manage cookies in your browser if you want.
Device security
New phones, older Androids, and unknown sign-ins are checked separately; this helps detect risky activity quickly.
Easy steps to set privacy controls
Many in Dhaka initially only log in, then view settings, but if you take two minutes to adjust preferences, it helps later.
- Open profile: After logging into wi9, view the Security tab
- View cookie preferences: The difference between necessary and analytics cookies remains separate
- Set notifications: Keep alerts on for new devices or sessions
- Contact Support: If you want to change something, contact us directly

How session recording works in the wi9 App
Session recording does not capture full-screen video; often only clicks, scrolls, and types of incorrect input are recorded.
This helps support quickly understand where you stopped; if you get stuck in a transaction flow with Rocket or bKash, that step may also be captured.
Why this is needed
If the same issue recurs, engineers find it quickly, so the app speed and stability improve.
Where are the limits
Sensitive fields are hidden; passwords, full payment details, and personal notes are always masked.
What you will see
Settings, language, and device list are usually visible; if an unknown session is detected you can log out immediately.
How sensitive fields are masked
When you start typing in a form, unnecessary parts are hidden; this makes screen recording useful, but reduces risk.
This rule is especially important for mobile users; whether the screen is large or small, the same security pattern applies.
